I am writing to ask for your participation in a survey to evaluate the feasibility of developing a food hub to provide storage, distribution, marketing, and processing services among others to food producers in the Walla Walla Valley area. Your responses to this survey are very important and will help us identify needs and opportunities and evaluate the feasibility of developing services, buying equipment, and developing a facility.
If you are a food producer or a value-added food business in the Walla Walla Valley area, please take this survey. A value-added business processes raw ingredients into a finished product for sale (for example, washed and cut produce, pesto, flour, bread, cider, soup mix, jam, or sauces).
